Mia Farnham | Precursor Ventures

Mia Farnham was part of the first Precursor MBA intern cohort in 2021 and later joined the team full-time as a Principal in 2024. Mia was previously a Principal at SteelSky Ventures, one of the largest women’s health funds to date. She also led Growth and Operations at Attn: Grace (a Precursor portfolio company), building the first skin-safe consumer brand for women 50+ to solve the inconvenient truths of aging. She began her career at Deloitte in their Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring group focused on Consumer Products and Healthcare transactions across the entire deal lifecycle.

Mia holds an MBA from The Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
