Marina Girgis | Precursor Ventures

Marina Girgis is a Principal and checkwriter at Precursor Ventures, where she invests in exceptional founders at the earliest stages of their journeys. As a generalist early-stage investor, Marina invests up to $500K in pre-seed and seed-stage companies, including idea-stage startups.

Before joining Precursor in 2021, Marina honed her analytical and market expertise at Bloomberg’s equity research division. There, she covered public semiconductor and hardware companies such as Nvidia, Intel, Apple, and others. While her background lies in semiconductors, Marina now invests across sectors, driven by a passion for unique ideas and not-easily-repeatable tech. Marina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from American University.
